Saturday morning, in my attempt to make a cake for Torin's birthday, I realized that I forgot to replace the box below. One of my pet peeves is running out of ingredients while cooking. Makes my blood pressure surge and hairs stand up on my neck. Good thing I love this little dumpling...

oops.....this must come under the category of 'boys will be boys'...
I don't like to run out of things either. I think that is why I bake a lot of biscotti.....my recipe has 5 ingredients, which are usually on hand!
