The Cut

With an assembly line that would make old Henry Ford proud, we began cutting the many, many fabric pieces we received over the last month.
The first station cut the fabric into perfect 7"x7" squares, and the next station cut those into four equal triangles. I think Ford had more than two stations in his factory when building the model T's, but who's counting anyway?

There is such a wonderful variety of colors, patterns, shapes, and images in all of our pieces, here is just a sample of the triangles. And yes, that is my man-hand in the photo...I spent several hours on Easter afternoon helping the ladies cut triangle after triangle. This also got me out of cooking anything for dinner, but don't tell anyone.
