Pics to share...

Hi All,
We're still working on getting a good night's sleep, but as many have told me this phase shall be short (I hope, I hope!). Our guy is active! He is crawling all over the house and loves banging on anything that makes noise. He craves attention but is also starting to play on his own...this boy does not like to be bored! During the recent heatwave we spent time in a little wading pool that grandma brought over. Ashen is a fish! He splashes, gets his face wet and loves it. He's also starting to eat a lot...bottle after bottle, he's a bit of an endless pit. I guess he wants to put a little chub on his skinny legs. Our
lives have changed dramatically in the last week and it's taking us some time to adjust to all the changes. As much as we love our little boy, we still mourn the loss of our sleep and childless freedom. Of course we can't resist our little guy...look at his killer smile!

So glad that you're back in our time zone enough to share. What great pictures! What a darling boy. What a blessing, despite no/too little sleep. Ask your parents, they'll tell you that you get to sleep/relax in about 20 years. :) love you, Dede

Wow! He is so happy!! He shines!!! I love seeing your pictures. Hang in there, as your sleep will be restored some day... Either that or you'll become pros at functioning with lack of sleep.
:) Love you lots, Jenny Kowal
